Orders
Ordering custom curtains and shades from FQL Curtains is simple and seamless. Just follow these easy steps:
- Customize Your Product Choose your desired product and select all options' color, size, lining, header style, and more.
- Adjust the quantity if needed.
- Add to Cart Once your item is customized, click "Add to Cart" to save your selection.
- Review Your Order Double-check your items in the cart.
- Adjust quantities or remove items as needed.
- Enter Shipping & Payment Details Provide your shipping address, select a delivery method, and complete payment.
- Place Your Order Review your details one last time, apply any discount code, and click "Check Out". You"ll receive an order confirmation email and a tracking number once your order ships.

Order free curtain samples directly to your door with a few simple clicks, the samples are perfect tools for seeing nuances and feeling the material.
All samples are sent out the same day. Should you have any questions, we are more than happy to help, contact us via email, telephone or chat.
No, at the moment we don’t offer larger samples.
Since all custom products are made to your specifications, we generally do not accept exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For damaged products: Please email support@fqlcurtains.com within 3 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement with the same specifications after confirmation.

If you haven't received your order confirmation email: Check that the email address you used is correct. Look in your spam or junk folder. Make sure your account email matches the one used for your order. Still can't find it? Contact us at support@fqlcurtains.com and we'll resend your confirmation.
Shipping & Returns
We will dispatch your curtains within three weeks of placing your order. Fabric swatches are dispatched within three working days. Curtain tracks and other accessories are dispatched within five working days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and can always track your order quickly and easily via this.
We ship worldwide. For any region-specific inquiries, please contact our support team for confirmation.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify your shipping address. Once it's shipped or marked-out for delivery, we're unable to make changes. Please contact us ASAP at support@fqlcurtains.com if an address correction is needed.
Due to packaging requirements, hardware and curtain/shade products may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
If your shipment is damaged or lost during transit: Take clear photos of the damaged package or item. Report the issue to the carrier immediately. Contact us at support@fqlcurtains.com , and we'll help you resolve the issue (we'll assist in locating or remaking your order if the carrier confirms the loss).
There are two ways to track your order: a. Click Track My Order at the footer of our site and enter your tracking number. b. Email us at support@fqlcurtains.com if you have trouble tracking your shipment.

For wider draperies, two fabric panels may be joined with a seam (splice-up) to achieve the desired width. This ensures large curtains maintain proper proportion and structure. If you‘re unsure whether your design requires a seam, contact us at support@fqlcurtains.com for assistance.
"Stack width" refers to the space curtains occupy when fully opened. It typically accounts for 20 - 30% of the ordered width, depending on the fabric and header style.
FQL Curtains' default return (side tuck) size is 2 inches.
We offer two blackout options:
Custom Curtains with Blackout Liner: Add blackout lining to any fabric for enhanced light control.
100% Blackout Curtains : Crafted from fabric that naturally blocks light, requiring no extra lining.
To purchase fabric by the yard: Please email support@fqlcurtains.com with your preferred fabric name, color, and size (in inches or yards).
We can produce extra-large curtains without limitation on size. If both width and length exceed 104", seams may be added to join fabric panels. For patterned fabrics, the maximum continuous print length is 104", beyond which the pattern may be rotated.
