We take pride in offering products that meet the highest standards of beauty and performance. If, however, you encounter an issue, our customer care team is here to help ensure a fair and prompt resolution.
Before You Order
Because every custom-made window treatment is tailored to your exact specifications, we strongly encourage all customers to:

Review our Measurement Guide and Hanging Header Style instructions carefully before placing your order.

Order fabric swatches or sample booklets to confirm color, texture, and opacity.

Double-check all size and fabric selections to ensure accuracy before purchase.
Please note that custom-made products (drapes, shades, and blinds) are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or order error on our part.
Return Eligibility
Before submitting a return request, please confirm whether your order qualifies under our policy below.
Non-returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made drapes, blinds, and shades that match your original order details.

Custom rods, tracks, or hardware made to specification.

Fabric swatches and sample booklets.
-
Clearance, final sale, or special promotion items.

Items that do not meet expectations due to:

Color variation from monitor differences, lighting, or natural dye lot differences.
-
Shading rate not matching personal preference.
-
Change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
-
Product weight, texture, or appearance differing from personal expectation.
-
Items damaged due to improper installation, handling, or maintenance.
-
Normal wear and tear, fading, or natural material variations (for wood or woven fabrics).

Tolerance size within ±1 inch is considered industry standard and not a defect. Draperies are made slightly wider than ordered (1–3 inches) to minimize light leakage due to hanging gravity.
Returnable Items
We will gladly accept a return or provide a replacement under the following circumstances:

The product received differs from your order (wrong fabric, color, liner, or size beyond tolerance).

The item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged during shipping.
-
You received a Ready-Made or Ready-to-Ship product that is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
Email our team at support@fqlcurtains.com with your order number, detailed description, and photos of the issue.
Return & Exchange Process
Once your return request is approved:

You will receive the return shipping address and instructions by email.

Products must be returned in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Upon inspection, we will:

Repair or replace the item, or
-
Issue a refund at our discretion.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds & Fees
Depending on the reason for return:

For approved defective or incorrect items, FQL Curtains will cover all replacement or return shipping costs.

For customer-initiated returns, a 20% handling and restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunded amount = Order Total – (Handling + Packing + Shipping Fees)
Typically, this equals 80% of the original order amount when applicable.
We do not offer refunds for:

Orders delayed by shipping carriers beyond our control.

Packages lost after confirmed delivery or signed receipt.
-
Prior purchases that later go on sale.
Exchange Policy
We only accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Exchanges can only be made for the same product specifications (size, color, header style, liner, etc.).
Please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the issue and packaging.
Alterations
Because our draperies are custom-made, alterations after delivery are not supported.
Please ensure all measurements are double-checked prior to placing your order.
Color & Material Disclaimer
Our fabrics are made from natural fibers and high-quality materials. Slight variations in color, texture, and weave are natural and not considered defects.
We recommend ordering swatches to ensure you are satisfied with the tone and texture before purchase.
Color differences between sample swatches and final products may occur due to dye lot variations, lighting, and fabric composition.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
All custom drapery and shades from FQL Curtains come with a limited lifetime warranty on operational mechanisms (cord locks, ladders, and tilt gears) and related components (brackets, wands, end caps).
This warranty excludes fabrics, materials, liners, and damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
If your product stops working properly due to a manufacturing defect, contact our customer service — we’ll repair or replace the item as soon as possible.
Dispute & Chargeback
We sincerely encourage customers to reach out to us before opening a dispute or chargeback.
Filing a dispute may delay resolution, as funds can be held by banks for up to 90 days.
Our support team is committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
