FQL Curtains Shipping Policy

At FQL Curtains, we proudly deliver high-quality custom curtains and drape to American customers. We partner with trusted global couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

    • Free shipping on orders $300 and above (after discounts, excluding taxes)

Orders over $300 (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.


Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

For most U.S. destinations, FQL Curtains uses tax-inclusive logistics channels whenever possible to reduce the chance of unexpected fees.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website:

Lost or Damaged Packages

Although we are not responsible for issues caused by shipping carriers, we will gladly assist you in resolving any problems.

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or alternative solution when applicable.

Missing Package Marked as “Delivered”

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local delivery service first.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly:

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to modify or cancel it. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
